The main focus of agriculture is to end food insecurity, and the Hammer Down Hunger initiative aims to make a significant impact towards this goal. By bringing the Purdue community together to pack meals, we can support our local community while also helping those in need worldwide. During Ag Week 2023, we achieved a major milestone by packing over 60,000 meals. Ag Week continues strive to make a positive impact on our community and address the issue of food insecurity.

Farm to Fork Friday is a perfect opportunity to educate students on the journey of their food, from the fields to their plates. By learning about how their food is grown, processed, transported, and prepared, students can gain a greater appreciation for the hard work and dedication that goes into each meal.
